- Be able to take customer support calls. You will be able to resolve most calls with minimal or no assistance from other MSI personnel. When assistance is needed, you should be able to provide a detailed explanation of the problem and how to recreate it to speed resolution. (This will ultimately be your most important task.)
- You may be asked to assist with installation and on site troubleshooting.
- Serve as an assistant MSI Information Security Officer. You will make sure that fix packs and security updates are current. (This task will not take but a few minutes daily. However, it is very important.

At the end of the first month, you will be expected to also have updated the installations of the products on a MSI test system in our Savannah office.
Starting at the end of the second month, you are expected to start taking support calls. By the end of the second month, you should be showing significant progress at mastering the products and their support environment.
