Job Description:

Must be willing to travel as needed, possibly up to 10%. May perform lead engineer functions.

This position will:

Work with developers to make certain all VFI software products install and work properly in an integrated environment.
Provide the highest level of support to our customers to ensure customer delight.
Work closely with sales team and customers to diagnose and resolve problems.
Determine and recommend necessary changes to VFI products that would best meet customer needs.
Document and track open development support issues.
Create programming tools and samples that assist integration with VFI Software products.
Perform other projects as assigned.

Bachelors degree in related field preferable, i.e. CIS, Computer Science, Information Systems. Requires a minimum of 5 years related product support experience. Strong communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills a must.

Justification: This position is critical to ensure continued relationships with our external software developer channel and maintain service levels with our current integrators. The future plans are to expand our developer support function as we fully integrate with VeriFone. The plans include expanding our integration support function for other VFI products such as SoftPos and provide developer support for pinpad/terminal integrations.
