Dr. Goeser received her
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian
Institute of Technology, Madras and her Ph.D. from the University of Delaware. She then worked as a post-doctoral fellow
at the Center for Composite Materials,
University of Delaware for two years before joining Armstrong
Atlantic State University as an Assistant Professor in the Engineering
Studies Program.
Dr. Goeser’s
research focuses primarily on theoretical and numerical work in the area of
composite materials. Her current research interests include structural health
monitoring, damage modeling in materials and innovative methods in
engineering education.
